THE ROSICRUCIAN ORDER

The Rosicrucian Order.

I joined the Rosicrucian Order months ago while I was trying to satisfy my insatiable thirst for knowledge. Consequently, I began my search for something to belong to, something that could make me feel part of a community. I remember finding out about mystery schools and their philosophies and I ended up reading about AMORC. This one felt right to me and I immediately joined without hesitation.

The need to belong vs the fear of being trapped in a system of beliefs.

Before I continue, I’d like to first say that as much as I needed to belong to something, I also felt a blockage. Because of this, I was afraid of being trapped in a system of beliefs that could limit my learning and clarity of judgment. Being raised as a Catholic gave me yes some wisdom but moreover left me with scars, the scars of fear and judgment. In the past, I found my inner nature fighting against some Catholic teachings. And it was there that I felt a call. I understood who I was and where I belonged.

A daughter of Mother Earth and the Sense of Belonging to the Lands of the Celts.

I was and still am a daughter of Mother Earth. A witch? A healer? It doesn’t matter… I try to keep labels out of my mind to keep my spirit free. I just know that from that discovery I also found out where I belong and where my roots are tied. They are tied to the Lands of the Celts because my heart burns with joy and a profound sense of belonging every time I listen to their music or see those lands.

The Rosicrucian Order and its Teachings Rooted in Ancient Times.

Rosicrucian Order

Going back to the reason for this article, the Rosicrucian Order. I decided to put my fear aside and to join the Order. Also because I was intrigued by its origins and its teachings which revealed to me to be very wise and ancient. They originate from ancient times, from the Greek, the Egyptian mystery schools, and the teachings of the great philosophers. AMORC (the Ancient and Mystical Order Rosae Crucis) is based on the universal laws. Plus, there’s no belief system tied to it.
